dude, you're making me homesick...I just moved to Norway right before the 4th...and I missed the fireworks! You take wonderful pictures of the northwest, totally takes me right back there. It's nice to see it represented so well. Totally dev watching you. Not to sound...too...excited or anything...Whoops. :p

I used to live about an hour away from portland in washington, and I was also about an hour away from astoria. I spent alot of time in astoria, and I grew up going to portland and as I got older I really started to love portland and exploring the coast and took alot of road trips. I just got married and moved to Norway to be with my husband (he's Norweigian) but it still made me a little sad to leave the northwest. Did you ever get a chance to go to Voodoo Doughnuts? LOVE DOUGHNUTS... But yeah. Your photos really help with the homesickness, it makes me remember all the good times I spent on the coast. so yeah, thanks again for sharing your work!
